What is your return/refund Policy?

 

Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

Any order placed with RJR Divine Style is eligible for merchandise credit only within 15 days of the delivery date, as long as the order remains in its original condition.

NO REFUND POLICY!! STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR ITEMS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION!!!

To initiate the return process, kindly email us at style@rjrdivine.com. Please  include your invoice number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you are returning. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide detailed instructions. Please provide original packaging and return items as they were received. Store credits will be processed and issued 5-7 business days after item inspection. Failure to adhere to this return process will result in a final sale outcome. 

Divine Tresses will be eligible for store credit, under the conditions that they are returned within 15 business days from the date of delivery.. The tresses should be returned in their original packaging and present  no indication of tampering. Tampering includes washing, brushing, finger combing, installation, or any forms chemical processing.

Upon receipt of hair extensions, kindly inspect your tresses. Lace closures, frontals, and wigs cannot be exchanged if the lace is tampered with or damaged in any way.  

Divine Accessories- will be eligible for store credit, under the conditions that they are returned within 15 business days from the date of delivery.. The accessory should be returned in its original packaging and present  no indication of tampering. Tampering includes scratches, dents, missing rhinestones,  or any damage to the accessory. There also should be no indication that the item was worn or used. 

Divine Visions- - will be eligible for store credit, under the conditions that they are returned within 15 business days from the date of delivery. The visions (glasses)should be returned in its original packaging and present  no indication of damage or usage. Damage includes scratches, dents, missing rhinestones, lenses  or any damage to the visions (glasses). There also should be no indication that the item was worn or used.
